Providers
Through YoCharges, customers can buy digital value from different providers and brands. The conditions established by each provider apply to the use of the corresponding product, code, or credit. Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the platform are used only for identification purposes. All related intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
Buy credit
If you buy digital credit or another digital product through YoCharges, you will receive a digital code, voucher, prepaid value, or another digital delivery result from us. The relevant provider or issuer is the actual supplier of the underlying service or redeemable value. YoCharges acts as the selling platform and intermediary for the purchase flow.
The product descriptions, images, and other information shown on the platform are prepared as accurately as possible. However, obvious mistakes, omissions, or display errors in descriptions, visuals, or offers are not binding and do not automatically create liability for YoCharges and/or the relevant provider.
The offer shown on YoCharges includes the key information and costs related to the purchase of digital credit or other digital products through our services. This may include additional service-related costs where applicable.

We do not allow abuse or fraud
YoCharges actively monitors transactions, orders, and related activity for abuse, fraud, unlawful use of payment methods, theft, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, or other suspicious behaviour. Purchases made through the platform may be reviewed for fraud-prevention purposes. For that purpose, YoCharges may work with specialised third parties.
If YoCharges suspects or detects abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity, an order may be delayed, limited, cancelled, or refused, and a digital code or other digital product may not be issued.
In the event of suspected unlawful use or elevated risk, YoCharges may request additional documents, such as a copy of a valid identity document, proof of payment, proof of address, or other supporting information. After such a review, YoCharges may decide whether or not to complete the order. These measures are taken to keep purchases safe for customers, payment partners, providers, and the platform itself.
Safe payment
Digital credit and other digital products can be purchased safely through YoCharges using the payment methods offered on the platform. Once the purchase has been completed successfully, the digital code or delivery result is generally sent by email. In some cases, the code or result may also be displayed directly on the confirmation screen after purchase.
To ensure prompt delivery, customers must make sure that the email address, phone number, and any other required details provided during checkout are correct and up to date.
Instant digital delivery
Once you have received your digital code or digital value, you can usually start using it immediately. Because performance starts as soon as the digital product is delivered, YoCharges may ask customers during the ordering process to acknowledge immediate performance of the contract and, where legally relevant, to waive any applicable right of withdrawal after delivery.
Products for which a statutory withdrawal right may still apply should be indicated on the platform and/or in the order confirmation communication sent after purchase.
Be aware of abuse of your code
Please note that a digital code, voucher, or prepaid number represents digital value that can often be used immediately after delivery. Anyone who has access to the code may be able to use it. To prevent misuse, customers should keep the code confidential and should not share it with third parties unless they intentionally want to transfer or gift it.
Your personal data
YoCharges relies on the contact details provided during checkout to process the order, deliver the purchased digital product, maintain service-related communication, and provide customer support. This may include the use of an email address, phone number, billing details, payment-related information, device or transaction metadata, and any other information that is reasonably necessary to verify, process, secure, and complete the order.
YoCharges may also use contact details to send service messages, order confirmations, fraud-prevention requests, important account or transaction updates, and, where permitted by applicable law, marketing communications such as promotions, newsletters, and relevant offers.
